Done-for-You Compliance Service Scope

This document defines the $997 Done-for-You Compliance service for one business or eligible Sole Proprietor identity, one GoHighLevel sub-account, one brand, one campaign, one existing website and form, one consent flow, one workflow, and one agreed pipeline destination.

The three documents you receive

  • Done-for-You Compliance Service Scope — the agreed inclusions, unit definitions, responsibilities, exclusions, corrections, launch authorization, completion standard, and support terms.
  • Customer Intake and Implementation Checklist — the business records, URLs, approved content, access, consent methods, routing requirements, workflow requirements, test contacts, approvers, and launch decisions needed for the work.
  • Implementation, Testing and Handoff Report — the final configuration inventory, test evidence, campaign and submission record, open issues, approvals, access-removal record, and customer operating instructions.

What Alero implements

  • 1. Confirm scope and access — authorized approver, website, form, consent flow, sub-account, brand, campaign, workflow, and pipeline destination.
  • 2. Audit and implementation plan — review of business, website, policies, disclosures, consent controls, campaign, routing, workflow, and STOP/HELP handling.
  • 3. Configure the customer path — customer-approved disclosure content, optional unchecked consent control, required fields, consent-source records, submit behavior, and form-to-CRM routing.
  • 4. Configure GoHighLevel — pipeline destination, one SMS workflow, sender identification, supported opt-out handling, and suppression behavior.
  • 5. Test and obtain approval — consent capture, contact creation, routing, workflow behavior, STOP and HELP handling, and delivery evidence. Live launch requires written customer approval.
  • 6. Correct, hand off, and support — one eligible technical correction and retest, one eligible registration correction when applicable, records delivery, and 15 calendar days of limited support.

Customer responsibilities

You provide accurate records, every online and offline opt-in method, customer-approved or counsel-approved content, least-privilege access, test contacts, and timely approvals. Do not send passwords by ordinary email or through the inquiry form.

Exclusions

  • New websites or forms, legal drafting or review, custom APIs, advanced integrations, data migration, list cleaning, extra workflows or branches, and ongoing campaign management, unless separately approved.

Work start and completion

Work starts after payment, complete intake, required records and URLs, approved content, authorized access, and a named approver are received. Customer delays pause the schedule; third-party timing is outside Alero’s control.

Support period

The service is complete when the in-scope configuration and tests are documented, registration work and eligible correction are recorded, the handoff report is delivered, and Alero sends written completion notice. The 15-day support period begins with that notice and covers clarification and reproducible defects in Alero-configured items—not new features, changed requirements, customer modifications, or third-party outages.

No guarantee

Carrier or platform approval, timing, message delivery, business results, and continued acceptance are not guaranteed. This service is technical and operational support, not legal advice.
